We are looking for a casual Sushi Maker to join our talented team ASAP, preparing delicious sushi at our Longford location. 

If you haven't made sushi before but are willing to learn, we welcome applications who can follow exact recipes & methods for each product. Experience in food preparation and food safety is desirable. 

You will need:

• A love of working with food 
• Experience in Sushi making (highly desirable)
• Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction.
• The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
• Physical fitness for lifting and standing.

Pay rates are set by the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award. The 2025-26 base hourly pay rates for level 3 permanent adults are:

• Weekdays $25.85

Additional penalty rates may apply to weekends and public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts. (Casual employees also receive a casual loading, increasing their base pay rate).
